Data processed RentRevo may process the Account Admin's and users' name, email address, telephone number, organization and billing identity, postal address, authentication and security information, service activity, support communications and transaction references. 3. Purposes and legal bases Data is used to create and administer accounts, perform the service and subscriptions, issue billing records, secure the platform, respond to requests and comply with legal obligations. The applicable bases include performance of a contract, legal obligations and legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service. 4. Recipients Data may be shared with infrastructure, authentication, payment, invoicing, email and support providers only as needed for these purposes and subject to appropriate safeguards. Data may also be disclosed where required by law. 5. Retention and security Data is retained for the account relationship and for applicable contractual, fiscal, security and legal retention periods. RentRevo applies reasonable technical and organizational security measures. 6. Rights Depending on applicable law, individuals may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection and may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. Customer-entered data For personal data entered by an organization about owners, tenants or other persons, that organization is generally the controller and should be contacted first. RentRevo processes that information on the organization's behalf under the Data Processing Agreement. 8. Updates This policy may be updated when the service or legal requirements change.
