Terms and Conditions

1. About RentRevo RentRevo provides online tools for rental and property management. Questions about these terms may be sent to support@rentrevo.cloud. 2. Account and organization You must provide accurate information, protect your login credentials and use RentRevo lawfully. The Account Admin acts for the organization and is responsible for its users and the information entered in the service. 3. Plans and payments Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, as displayed before payment. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Each recurring payment uses the catalogue price applicable on its billing date, together with applicable taxes. Material price changes are notified in advance. 4. Upgrades and cancellation An available upgrade may be charged proportionally for the remainder of the current paid period. Unless a mandatory withdrawal right applies, cancellation stops renewal and access continues until the end of the paid period. Subscription management is available from the RentRevo account. 5. Consumer withdrawal Where mandatory consumer law applies, an eligible consumer may exercise the statutory withdrawal right through the subscription cancellation control. RentRevo will process the applicable refund and fiscal correction. 6. Availability and acceptable use You may not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer or attempt unauthorized access to RentRevo. Maintenance, security events or circumstances outside reasonable control may temporarily affect availability. 7. Customer data The organization retains responsibility for the legality, accuracy and permitted use of data it enters. Processing performed for the organization is also governed by the Data Processing Agreement. 8. Changes and contact RentRevo may update these terms. When renewed acceptance is required, the Account Admin will be asked to accept the new version before continuing. Contact: support@rentrevo.cloud.
